Please note that Fussell Cake Company only permits the unexplained return of unopened products due to a company error in shipping or order processing. All other sales are final. If you have received an incorrect product due to a company error in shipping or order processing, please use the following return process:
1. Please contact our Customer Service Team.
2. All products must be returned unopened and must be packed in the original packaging.
Credit/Debit Card Refunds
All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that was used at the time of purchase.
All cash purchases will be refunded in the form of a mailed check from our corporate office within 7-10 business days.
All check purchases will be refunded 7-10 business days after the original check has cleared; check refunds will be done in the form of a mailed check from our corporate office.
