*We do not give catering quotes over the phone – all catering estimates are sent via email for review and approval. This ensures that we always offer you a custom menu that will suit your specific budget.

Outside of our local delivery Area?

Don’t worry! Our gourmet pound cakes & cookies are available for shipment via FedEx delivery services. 
• Shipment orders: Placed before 12:00 noon will be processed for shipment the 2nd business day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed for shipment the 3rd business day.

• Local delivery orders: Placed before 12:00 noon will be processed for delivery the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed for delivery the 2nd business day.

Please note our shipping days are Monday – Thursday. We are open Fridays and Saturdays for order taking and local deliveries only.

Large orders

Orders containing large amounts of product are subject to longer processing times. Please call us for more details.

Cake & Cookie Shipping Information

Fedex is the shipper for all orders. No signature is required so that your product(s) does not go beyond its shelf life waiting to be delivered. FedEx may leave your package at the door if there is no one home. FedEx may at its sole discretion, choose not to leave a package at the door and will leave a tag indicating how to arrange pickup or another delivery.

Fussell Cake Company is not responsible for delayed or undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please make sure that the address submitted is complete and correct. (i.e. House or Apt#or Street type: Rd, Ave, Court, Blvd)

We cannot be responsible for products that cannot be delivered nor delays in receipt due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
